 16 oz Chicken Thigh, Skin Removed Before Cooking
 16 oz Ham, Slice without Bone, Cured, No Visible Fat Eaten
 2 medium Sweet Potato, Raw
 1 Small Onion, White, Yellow or Red, Raw
 8 Cups Bone Broth, Chicken
 1 Medium Tomato Raw
 1 tbsp Black Pepper
 1 tbsp Sea Salt
 1 clove Garlic, Fresh

Place onion, sweet potato, and garlic in the bottom of a 4-to 6-quart slow cooker. Rub salt and pepper over chicken thighs. Place chicken and ham over vegetables. Add tomatoes and broth. Cover and cook on Low 6 hours. Shred chicken with 2 forks before serving.
