Keto Chocolate Cream Shake Recipe
When I first started on the night shift my favorite drink was coffee w/cream mixed with a packet of hot cocoa. I have come a long way since then and my overall health has definitely improved. One thing that hasn’t changed is my love for liquid calories. I consider myself a bit of a foodie and I love to cook, at least for myself, but in order to ensure, I am consuming enough calories most of the time I have to meal prep quite a bit.
Let me tell you meal prep gets a little old after a while.
